AFFILIATE POLICY

1. Program Description

Tech Digital Studio’s Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions for referring new customers to our Image, Strengthening, and Brand Strategy services. Anyone over the age of 18 with a digital platform (social media, blog, website, etc.) can join.

2. Registration Process

To participate, affiliates must complete the registration form on our website and wait for approval from Tech Digital Studio. We reserve the right to reject applications that do not meet our quality or ethical standards.

3. Commission Structure

• Affiliates will receive a 10% commission  on every sale generated through their referral link.
• The minimum value of the service to generate commissions is USD $50.00.
• Payments are made monthly by bank transfer or PayPal, with a minimum balance of USD $100.00 accumulated.
  
  

4. Links and Promotion Tools

• Affiliates will receive a unique referral link, which they will need to use on their platforms.
• Tech Digital Studio will provide promotional material (banners, images and texts) to facilitate the promotion of our services.
  
  

5. Cookies Policy

Referral link cookies will last for 30 days. If a user makes a purchase within that period after clicking on the affiliate link, the sale will be credited to the affiliate.

6. Restrictions

It is not allowed:

• Spamming or promoting the link in an aggressive or unethical manner.
• Offer additional discounts not authorized by Tech Digital Studio.
• Use misleading advertising or falsify information related to our products or services.
  
  

7. Payments and Billing

• Commissions will be calculated on the final price paid by the customer, excluding taxes and additional fees.
• Payments will be made within 30 days of the close of the month in which sales were generated.
• It is the affiliate’s responsibility to ensure that the payment information provided is up to date.
  
  

8. Termination of the Program

Tech Digital Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time, giving affiliates 30 days’ notice. In the event of a breach of this policy, we reserve the right to suspend the Affiliate’s account immediately.

9. Modifications to the Policy

Tech Digital Studio may update this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and will have the option to continue or cancel their participation.
